Where do you ship/deliver?

Shipping or item delivery is currently available only in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Do you charge for delivery?

Orders over BHD 20.000 are free of delivery charge while BHD 2.000 delivery charge will be placed for orders that are below BHD 20.000.

What time do you deliver the products?

Order delivery will be made in between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Sunday to Saturday. If a customer wishes the item to be delivered on a specific time during those working hours he/she shall make the request during delivery confirmation. Orders made by Thursday night or Friday will be delivered by Saturday.

Does your shop deliver large items such as printers, desktops etc.?

Yes, delivery of such items is possible.

Do you upgrade desktops and laptops?

Yes, upgrade and technical repairs are done in our workshop located in the showroom. Laptops and Desktops submitted for repairs are only for customer pick up and cannot be delivered once repairs or upgrades are done. If delivery is required, delivery charges will be implemented.

What are your payment methods?

Cash on delivery is the preferred method, orders via COD can be delivered same day depending on time of order or confirmation. Bank Transfer and Benefit Pay payment method is also accepted, but confirmation of the transfer/payment is needed from our accounts first before delivery will be made. Deliveries for Bank Transfer and Benefit Pay customers is usually done the day after payment is confirmed.

Do you reserve products or items for customers?

Yes, items or products can be reserved for a limited time. If a customer does not purchase/pick up the item within 2-3 days said item will be put back in stock for sale to other customers.

Do you accept installment method of payments?

No, Advanced PC does not accept payments via installment basis.

If a product or specific item is not available in your store can you make a special order for me?

If the specific item is not available in our store, you may inquire with our Sales Team whether that product can be back ordered for you.
